Mr. Victor Omondi John is the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Research and Learning (MEARL) Coordinator at Tembea Futures Institute. Mr. Omondi is a certified MEARL expert with demonstrated long-term experience (over 15 years) in result-based Community Development project cycle management. Particularly, experienced in development and utilization of intervention logic models including Theory of Change (ToC), Logical framework (LogFrame) and Results Framework (RF).  Skilled in applied research, data management and analysis, technical report writing, public speaking and presentation. Able to create and deploy digital data collection tools as well as manage, analyze, visualize and share the collected data in KoBoCollect and PowerBI. 

Mr. Omondi holds a MSc in Climate Change Adaptation and Sustainable Development from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology coupled with long-term experience in development and implementation of Climate Change Resilience and Carbon Offset projects especially in the energy (Energy Efficient cook stoves) and Sustainable Land Use Management (Soil Carbon) sectors. Additionally, he has been actively engaged in the development and implementation of community led agricultural landscape restoration and biodiversity conservation initiatives, in the face of climate change, targeting fragile ecosystems in the Mid-lower Nzoia and Yala River Basins.
